These windows are simple lists allowing you to choose and load/save the possible planetary/fleet views. A view is just a sequence of basic "functions" which are summed one on top of the other to give all the needed information. Some views (like the "mineral concentrations" example shown in the map display) are simple, some are not....
These windows are useful for non-newbie users who want to customize their views. Several basic functions are present and you can mix'n'match them to obtain the final result of your desires. Contrary to the rest of the features, these ones are NOT simple to use.
